Our team was commissioned to design the campaign for the re-launching of the historic newspaper “Makedonia” & the corresponding news portal, as well as the digital communication of the publication. With years and years of great history, Makedonia moved from analog to digital and entered the new era with a whole new digital presence.

The "making" of

“The print is dead. Long live the print.” In our case Long Live Makedonia!

The “death” of traditional print was the spark that fueled our creative process. Makedonia was nothing like other newspapers. It was different. It was and still is historic. We started off by creating a compelling story about the newspaper, that transformed into the official video and TV Spot of the relaunching. Our TV Spot was provoking, but it was truthful.

After a short period of absence, Makedonia was back in circulation in September 2018 with a new identity. Clean yet powerful, thought provoking and with an emphasis on the quality of information, the presence of the historic medium was renewed.
