A Brief Story

The creation of a new coffee concept is our cup of tea, or shall we say coffee! We were commissioned to create a new coffee brand and that
request included the name, logo, design and all the possible
brand applications.

The "thinking" of

The complete branding of the new signature espresso was a truly “flavourful” process. Inspired by the “forceful” aspect that is entailed in every coffee bean and the colours of its birthplace we created a storyline based on the unique wind of change that inspires, provokes and motivates us. We approached the new product as an experience that every customer should cherish.

The concept of Umoya Espresso manifests the force of life that comes with every drop.
As the day starts and as the sun comes up to the blue sky, our
aromatic coffee beans transform into a unique blend that depicts the “wind” of change, that comes to inspire you, to motivate you, to provoke you.

The logo is a visualization of an African figure that manifests the force of life.
